• Photos can be sent by replying to your order confirmation email, directly to info@lulupet.store or lulupetshop.au@gmail.com.
• 2-3 photos of each pet are recommended and please let me know if you have a particular facial expression captured. The draft will be ready in 3-5 working days after sending the photos, and you can give me suggestion to modify the first draft, but we don't support changing the photos in the middle of the process.
• The average turnaround time for custom is 3-5 days, but during peak periods, it may take up to 2 weeks. If required for a last-minute gift, please contact me, I’ll do everything in my power to make it possible. Upgrading to express shipping is recommended when needing ASAP.

We carefully make each customized product and try to keep the same as the display pictures. However, the actual product may have a slight color difference from the picture due to the following factors:

1. Monitor settings: Different devices have different screen displays, which may result in differences in color perception.
2. Production batch: There may be slight color differences between different batches of raw materials.
3. Printing process: The characteristics of printing technology may cause slight color deviation. Especially for ceramic products that require high temperature firing.
4. Ambient light: The light of the viewing environment may affect color perception.

Please note that these slight color
differences are normal phenomena in the production process of customized products, and do not affect the overall quality and experience of the product. - Standard shipping (20 - 50 days): $11 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100

- Express shipping (7 - 15 business days): $40

- The custom item design will be sent to the customer in 3-5 working days by email to finalize, and the production will start after the final draft, and the production time will be 3-7 working days.
